The Architecture of a Frame-Up

For over four years, I lived inside a loop-filled nightmare—not from failing or endangering my children, but because family protection systems were hijacked to destroy mine. As a present, loving, fit, and safe father, I never abused, assaulted, or neglected my children. Yet, solely because of mountains of multi-source, unverified reports filed against me, government institutions viewed me as a reckless monster with no actual proof—relying entirely on surface-level hearsay and making life-altering decisions with a reckless disregard for truth. ​
 

IT BECAME CLEAR TO ME THAT SERIOUS LEGAL TRAPS EXIST, allowing the total, or near-total, severance of fit parents. Bad-faith vendettas fueled by greed, hostility, and an unwillingness to co-parent should not be enough to steal one's right to parent.

A scorched-earth sole custody battle dragged on 4+ grueling years, wasting $35,000+ combined:

• 200+ pages of fraudulent reports weaponized to fabricate "chronic risk."

• 3 separate protective orders filed as "tactical" leverage to sever child connections and taint community networks.

• 10 day interstate flight and communication blackout.

• Domestic Banishment, Blackmail, Coercive Control, Fraud, Defamation, False Light, Malicious Publications, Malicious Prosecutions, Alienation, Attrition, Theft by Extortion, Theft by Failure to Dispose...

• Continuous false allegations designed to exhaust and eliminate a fit parent through attrition.

Children Used as Weapons

The deepest tragedy: psychological exploitation of my kids. Subjected to years of confusing interrogations obsessively scrutinizing a parent's every move—damaging, unwarranted alienation. Protective orders created a false illusion of danger. Coached into lodging fraudulent claims, innocent children were weaponized as proxies.

State Complicity & Misconduct

Driven by bias, lack of training, and overreach, institutional workers rubber-stamped fabrications:

• Supervisory oversight—without ever visiting, calling, or verifying facts—overrode frontline caseworkers to invent a fictitious "pattern of risk."

• Frontline personnel later expressed profound remorse, acknowledging a severe miscarriage of justice.

• Coerced under duress into an unfavorable legal stipulation just to salvage minimal parenting time.

 
Child Support Manipulation & Fraud

Parallel injustices unfolded in family court. The judiciary refused to hear deviation factors, failed to make mandatory written findings, and misapplied financial statutes to engineer economic disparity. Emergency motions denied without hearings forced a formal notice of appeal—now navigating the Appellant Brief stage.

Human Toll

• Wrongfully listed on administrative registries as a negligent party based on unverified allegations.

• Reputation and human bandwidth incinerated, directly causing job terminations.

• Unlawfully stripped of liberty interests, enduring a 10+ month parent-child separation—denied tucking my kids in at night.

• Severe somatic injuries & toll: Eye fatigue and chronic back pain from endless hours sitting at the computer seeking legal redress; loss of mood and appetite; severe decline in physical fitness, engagement, and overall quality of life forced into this exhausting legal battle.

  
Why Legislative Reform is Urgently Needed

When agencies accept 200+ pages of unverified accusations to clear dockets, they destroy society. We need immediate reform: mandatory vetting/penalties for bad-faith proxy reporters, due process accountability for state workers, and statutory protections for safe parents.
